FARM MODEL

At our own land, we are farming both conventionally and organically in accordance with the EEC regulation 2092/91 and the World’s most reputable certification bodies. The products are exported worldwide. We, at our own land, are working in harmony with nature using no chemical pests or weed control. Soil fertility is maintained through a healthy crop rotation using organic materials. It is our philosophy to pick the products at their prime for best flavor and best taste with the highest nutritional value possible. Our products are harvested by hand or mechanically and then carefully sorted by hand to assure that only ripe and healthy ones are selected for further processing.
